About Barlow EPC

Barlow EPC was founded by Samuel Barlow in 2021.

Barlow EPC is based in the heart of Derbyshire and provides domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to the local and surrounding areas. Barlow EPC also provide non-domestic EPCs, otherwise known as 'commercial EPCs', across England and Wales.

Samuel Barlow is an accredited Domestic and Non-Domestic Energy Assessor. Samuel is also a family associate to Barlow Property Consultancy Limited.

A former data analysis professional with a bachelor's degree in IT, Samuel sought to transfer his analytical skills to the increasingly important industry of energy. Samuel continues his exciting journey to further learn new skills and add important services to his proficiency within energy and property.

Since establishment in 2021, Barlow EPC has built solid professional relationships with local authority, recognisable industry names, commercial and residential estate agencies, landlords and property investors.
